Welcome to Santeria Love Spells. You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before you may access or view our site.

By purchasing Yaya Marisol’s spells, rituals and spiritual services at santerialovespells.com, you agree to and certify that you agree, have read, understand and accept the following Terms of services:

1. You must be 21 years old or over to purchase any services or products from santerialovespells.com.
2. The services offered on santerialovespells.com are no substitute or replacement of medical, financial, professional, legal, or psychiatric help, advice or care.
3. You agree to take part on this journey with the knowledge that there are no guarantees within the spiritual realm.

Privacy

Use of the SanteriaLoveSpells.com site and/or Yaya Marisol’s service are governed by our Privacy Policy, which may change from time to time.

Your privacy is extremely important to us and will be protected at all times. All your communications, submissions, and purchases are confidential and will never be released or discussed with anyone.

Yaya Marisol also expects you to maintain the confidentiality about any spells, services, rituals, or spiritual advice she shares with you. Therefore you are not authorized and allowed to publish any spell or ritual information given to you by Yaya Marisol without her previous written consent.

Refund and Return Policy

If for some reason your spell does not work within 6 months, we will re-cast your spell free of charge, or refund your money on the 12 months anniversary of your spell. For refunds, there is a mandatory offerings and ingredients charge that will be deducted from your refund.

Mandatory Ingredients Charge:

• 1 Orisha Strength Option at $49: USD 29
• 1 Orisha Strength Option at $139 USD 79
• 7 Orishas Strength Option at $99: USD 59
• 7 Orishas Strength Option at $199: USD 119
• 14 Orishas Strength Option at $159: USD 89
• 14 Orishas Strength Option at $279: USD 159

The free re-cast can be performed anytime after 6 months have passed. There is only one free re-cast per spell.

You will have to request a refund within the 2 weeks leading up to your 1 year anniversary of the order date. Please keep in mind that no refunds can be issued after 1 year has passed.

All refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment. If you no longer have the method of payment, we will issue store credit.

Cancellation Charge

As soon as your order is received I will start working for you right away. This includes using and preparing costly offerings and ingredients for your spell casting ceremonies. I cannot reuse the ingredients and offerings for other clients. In addition, merchants have to pay fees for receiving your payment and pay fees again for refunding your payment. This is the reason why I charge a 10% cancellation charge, should you change your mind after you have placed your order.

I also charge a 10% cancellation if you place an order and you fail to send in the necessary case information. I reach out to clients several times, if I do not hear back from you, you will leave me no choice but to cancel the order and deduct a 10% cancellation charge to cover the bank fees.

All refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment. If you no longer have the method of payment, we will issue store credit.

Once a spell has been cast, the order cannot be canceled. However, you are fully covered by my Satisfaction Policy.

If you want me to remove a spell that has been cast, you will need to order a Spell Removal.

1. SanteriaLoveSpells.com, including its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the site or in connection with the SanteriaLoveSpells.com service, whether caused by users, members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the service, nor for the conduct of any user and/or viewer of the SanteriaLoveSpells.com service whether online or offline.

Once a purchase has been made and completed by SanteriaLoveSpells.com, it is a final sale, there are no refunds, reimbursements or replacements. Failure to follow the instructions carefully may inhibit the result you are looking for and SanteriaLoveSpells.com and is not responsible and expressly disclaims the warranties and fitness for a particular purpose as explained above.

You agree to indemnify and hold SanteriaLoveSpells.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

Jurisdiction and Disputes

Santerialovespells.com is controlled and operated by Yaya Marisol from its offices within the State of California, United States of America. SanteriaLoveSpells.com makes no representation that the products, services, materials and content available through santerialovespells.com are appropriate or available for use in other locations and other countries. Those who choose to access the Sites from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
