I am deeply sorry to see that you have not received your results within 12 months. This happens in rare cases and often there is an underlying issue that can be resolved. Let me make it right for you and re-cast the spell for you to make sure you get what you have asked for. Please fill out the Recast Form and I will take care of whatever needs to be taken care of, even if you want another spell other than what you originally ordered.

At any rate, if you would rather have a refund then please continue and fill out this form within the 2 weeks leading up to your one year order anniversary. Please keep in mind that all services are subject to a mandatory materials and offerings charge that cannot be refunded and will be deducted from the refund.

For 1 Orisha at $139, the mandatory ingredients charge is 79. For 7 Orisha at $99, the mandatory ingredients charge is 59 US Dollars. For 7 Orisha at $199, the mandatory ingredients charge is 119 US Dollars. For 14 Orisha at $159, the mandatory ingredients charge is 89 US Dollars. For 14 Orisha at $279, the mandatory ingredients charge is 159 US Dollars. All refunds will be issued according to our Refund and Return Policy.
